Top 7.. with a few thoughts
i listened to each song as i reflected on how it fit into my year, cause what a year 2009 was for me.
7. cold dust girl: hey champ..i just think this is a darn good tune. it’s a favorite dancing as well as driving and it was hands down the song of my summer, so it was only appropriate that these guys opened my 09 lollapalooza weekend at 12pm on a friday. (no one cared it was raining.) i hope...
what do we call this decade?
it’s the time of year for “best of” music lists….and not only the best 2009 had to offer, but also what the past decade has brought us musically. My luck of having few finals, has given me some extra time to begin compiling my list, although I think I might wait until the last few days of’ 09 to post it.
